If you are a New Mexico business the state requires us to have an NTTC (Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate) on file for your company. You can Isue a Buyer’s Certificate by logging into the NM Tax and Revenue TAP site:

Under Gross Recaipts Tax, choose: More Account Optiona
Under NTTC’s, choose: View NTTC Options
Go to: Buyer’s Ceertificates
Choose: Execute NTTC

If you are a wholesale buyer from outside of New Mexico, please send us a copy of your state issued tax certificate along with an image promoting your business, we will then send an Out of State Business form for you to fill out, sign, and return.
