Magnesite is a creamy white stone with dark brown veins which has been dyed in many different colors including dyed to mimic turquoise. Here at Thomason Stone Supply, we carry a variety of beads in this stone, including multi-colored skulls. In our store, we keep magnesite clearly marked and separated, so that it is never mistaken for turquoise.

It is believed Magnesite shares many of the properties of Howlite for the strength of bones, teeth, and the absorption of necessary minerals. It is an important component of any charm bag for health.
