Amazonite beads are produced in many shapes and shades of pale blue-green to vibrant teal, depending on their place of origin. It is mostly found in the U.S.A., Russia, Madagascar, Africa and Australia. It is a feldspar based mineral that attributes its color to the presence of iron, lead and copper. It pairs nicely with many beads for jewelry stringing and other crafts.
